INVESTMENT
Individual: $1,495 or two payments of $775.
Teams: 3 seats for $4,250 or 5 seats for $6,750.
Purchase orders are accepted with Net 30 terms after approval. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.

TO BECOME CERTIFIED
Participants must attend all three training days, complete the required facilitator practice, earn at least 80% on the certification quiz, and submit an accepted implementation outline by January 29, 2027. The quiz includes the initial attempt plus two retakes. If an implementation outline is incomplete, one revision may be requested and is due February 5.
