Why This Pilot Exists

Schools need effective, practical tools to support student regulation, behavior, and relationships, and they need proof that those tools work.

This pilot program is designed to:

  • Measure real-world outcomes

  • Gather meaningful school-based data

  • Refine and strengthen a skills-based curriculum

  • Build an evidence base aligned with MTSS, CASEL, PBIS, and ASCA frameworks

Who is this for?

This pilot is a strong fit if you are:

  • A school counselor or school social worker

  • Running small groups or classroom-based skill lessons

  • Supporting students with regulation, behavior, or social challenges

What We’ll Be Measuring

The pilot will focus on observable, student outcomes, including:

  • Communication and peer interaction skills

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution behaviors

Data collection is simple, realistic, and counselor-friendly (no clinical assessments, no testing burden).

What's my role?

  • Implement the curriculum with at least one group or class

  • Use provided tracking tools

What doesn't this pilot do?

What This Pilot Is Not
